When you purchase a website package or Care Plan from Trevor Lewis Web Design, you're agreeing to these terms. Each individual project also gets its own signed proposal with the specific scope, timeline, and deliverables.
You may pay in full up front or via a 50% deposit at kickoff and 50% at launch. The 50% deposit is refundable up until design work begins (typically 3–5 business days after intake). Once mockups are underway, deposits become non-refundable because time and labor have been committed.
If we miss a delivery deadline by more than 2 weeks with no valid client-side delay or scope change, you're entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
Upon final payment, you own everything: the domain, the design, the code, the content. We transfer full access on launch day. We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see pricing page). A "round" is a batch of feedback delivered at once — not one edit at a time. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included are billed at $75/hour.
You agree to provide required materials (photos, logo, business info) in a timely manner. Delivery timelines pause when we're waiting on your input. You confirm that any content you provide (photos, logos, text) is either yours or you have the right to use it.
The Care Plan is billed monthly at $75. Cancel anytime by emailing us — no contract, no penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Care Plan covers small edits, hosting, backups, and priority support. Major redesigns or new features are billed separately at package rates.
We deliver websites and support services with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project or the last 3 months of Care Plan fees.
